Multiple accounts suspension with same email address.
Dear Customers,
Some of you might see a message while login to our website that your account has been suspended. This is the result of data cleaning that has been carried out recently because we came across multiple accounts with the same email address which is not good from security and website usability point of view and we were being reported of other issues because of this.
So from now on, only one account can exist for each e-mail address. If you want to recover your current active account please use "Recover password" link on the website. This way you will be able to retrieve your password and username of last logged in account.
