Beechams Decongestant plus with paracetamol

What are they for: Beechams Decongestant plus with paracetamol for: Nasal congestion, sinus pain, nasal catarrh.

Can also be used for the symptoms of colds, flu, chills and feverishness, relief of headache, migraine, sore throat, neuralgia, toothache, period pain, aches and pains and rheumatic pain.

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before taking this medicine. For oral use. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 2 capsules every 3 or 4 hours as required. Do not exceed 12 capsules in any 24 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 capsule every 3 to 4 hours as required. Do not exceed 6 capsules in any 24 hours.

Also includes colours amaranth (E 123) and sunset yellow (E 110).

Each capsule contains: paracetamol 300 mg, caffeine 25 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg.

Do not give to children under 6 years of age except on medical advice. Do not exceed the stated dose. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well. Keep all medicines safely away from children. Do not take with other flu, cold or decongestant products. Contains paracetamol. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing products. Before taking this medicine, if you are under the care of your doctor or are receiving prescribed medicines, or are pregnant. If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
