Beechams Veno's dry coughs

What is it for? Quickly soothes dry, hacking coughs. This cough mixture with added menthol has been developed to quickly relieve dry, hacking coughs, (the type which Doctors call unproductive).

Beechams Veno's Cough Mixture soothes and lubricates irritating and tickly coughs - it goes straight to the cause of the trouble, coating sore, irritated throat membranes with a soothing protective film and so swiftly relieves discomfort.

Because it does not have any sedative effect Beechams Veno's Cough Mixture does not cause drowsiness. Soothes and relieves quickly, without drowsiness.

Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before taking this medicine. How to take: Adults and children 12 years and over: Fill measure cup to 5 ml or 10 ml mark and take one 5 ml or 10 ml dose (one or two 5 ml spoonfuls). Repeat every 2 to 3 hours. Children aged 3 to under 12 years: Full measure cup to 5 ml mark and give one 5 ml dose (one 5 ml spoonful). Give every 2 to 3 hours, Not to be given to children under 3 years except on medical advice. Use within 6 months of opening.

Also includes Sodium Meta Bisulphite (E 223). Total Sugars Content 3.6 G Per 5 Ml.

Each 5 ml dose of syrup contains: glucose liquid 3.18 g, treacle 1.35 g.
