Ibuprofen Gel 5% 100g

For the relief of pain and inflammation associated with backache, pain of non-serious arthritic conditions, rheumatic and muscular pain, sprains, strains, sports injuries and neuralgia.

Directions: Adults and the elderly and children over 14 years. Squeeze 50 to 125mg (4 to 10cm) of the gel from the tube and lightly rub into affected area until absorbed. The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every four and no more than 4 times in any 24 hour period. Wash hands after each application. Children under 14 years. Do not use on children under 14 years of age except on the advice of a doctor.

Replace cap tightly after use. Do not use if seal is broken. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not use if your are allergic to Ibuprofen or any other ingredients, aspirin, or any other pain killers. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking aspirin or any other pain relieving medicines or if you are pregnant. Do not exceed the stated dosage. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. For external use only. Do not apply to open skin. Please read the enclosed information leaflet carefully before first use.

Do not use if on other anti-inflammatory medication, Aspirin, Warfarin or other anti-coagulant preparations. Always seek professional advice if unsure.

A small % of asthmatics are made worse with Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, so if your asthma is made worse, stop using this preparation.
