Mini: Light to medium flow. Absorbency: 6-9 g. As Regular but with slim applicator for starters. Regular: Light to medium flow. Absorbency: 6-9 g. Super: Medium to heavy flow. Absorbency: 9-12 g. Super Plus: heavy flow. Absorbency: 12-15 g.

Always use the lowest absorbency for your flow. Change every 4-8 hours.
