Each step has its own strength of NiQuitin CQ patch; the patches are designed to supply your body with the correct amount of nicotine, which decreases as you go for Step 1 to Step 3.
Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before using this product.

HOW TO USE: Apply one patch to the skin once a day, preferably on waking. Full instructions are given in the enclosed leaflet. Step 3(7mg) Step down treatment period 2weeks. Light smokers (10 cigarettes a day or) should start with Step 2 (14 mg) for 6 weeks and then Step 3 (7mg) for 2 weeks. If you need advice before starting to use nicotine patches, talk to your pharmacist or doctor, Consult your doctor: before using this medicine if you are under the care of your doctor or are receiving prescribed medicine, or are aged 12 to 17 years old. Before using this medicine, if you are pregnant, or breast feeding, or trying to become pregnant. If you get a persistent skin reaction, remove the patch and see our doctor

Each patch also contains ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer,
copolymer, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene film, polyisobutylene and printing ink.

Each 7 cm2 patch, for application to the skin contains 36 mg
nicotine, and delivers 7 mg of nicotine in 24 hours.

Keep safely away from children. You are more likely to quit smoking when using this product with help from your pharmacist, Doctor, a trained counselor, or a support programme. DO NOT USE: if you are a non-smoker or an occasional smoker. if you have serious heart disease or have had a recent stroke with other nicotine-containing patches or gum. NiQuitin CQ Clear is not for use on children under 12 years.
