Uses: For the relief of nasal congestion associated with colds and hay fever. Dose: Check that the foil is not broken before use. For oral use: Adults and children over 12 years: One capsule to be taken with water up to four times daily if necessary. Children under 12 years: Not recommended. Do not take for longer than seven days unless your doctor agrees.

WARNING: Do not exceed the stated dose. If you take too many capsules talk to a doctor straight away. Do not take if: You are allergic to any of the ingredients. You have heart or prostate problems, high blood pressure (particularly due to a tumour near the kidney), diabetes, glaucoma, an overactive thyroid or circulation problems (eg.Raynauld's Phenomenon). You are taking other decongestant medicines. You are taking Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (for depression) or have taken them within the last 14 days. You are pregnant or breast-feeding. Talk your pharmacist or doctor if: You are taking any heart medicines (especially digoxin), drugs for circulation, beta-blockers, tricyclic antidepressants or enzyme inducing drugs (e.g. some antibiotics and epilepsy treatments). Avoid alcohol. If symptoms do not go away talk to your doctor. This medicine may cause fast heart rate, changes in heart rhythm, palpitations; high blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, headache and occasionally urine retention in males. If concerned, or if anything else unusual happens, talk to your pharmacist or doctor. KEEP ALL MEDICINES OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN.
