Strepsils Extra Blackcurrant lozenges 24s

Strepsils Extra Blackcurrant Lozenges provide effective pain relief for sore throats. The active ingredient in Strepsils Extra Blackcurrant Lozenges provides a double action: Anaesthetic to relieve pain and discomfort. Antiseptic to fight the infections which can cause sore throats.

How to use: For children of 6 years and over, adults and the elderly: dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 3 hours as required. Do not take more than 12 lozenges in any 24 hour period. For oral administration only. Do not give to children under 6 years of age.

Also contains: Sucrose, Glucose, Levomenthol, Blackcurrant Flavour (containing propylene glycol), Carmoisine Edicol (E122), Patent Blue V (E131). Each lozenge contains 1.1g glucose and 1.4g sucrose.

Active Ingredients: Hexylresorcinol 2.4mg.

Remember young children can choke on lozenges. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed, do not use this product. This product is unsuitable if you are intolerant to carbohydrate. May occasionally cause allergic reactions, including asthma. This is more common if you are allergic to aspirin. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you take too many lozenges, if symptoms persist, if anything unusual happens, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children. Do not store above 30°C. Check that the foil packaging is not damaged before use. Store in the original packaging. Keep in the outer carton.
